 When I click the ... button the Schema Tree becomes the focus but the dfs:myFields does not have any values under it when I attempt to navigate the tree.

Thanks. I see your form has a button that executes: SubmitToSharePointList /submit=Submit Can you add the mapping parameter to see if this gives a different result? SubmitToSharePointList /submit=Submit /mapping=mapping You'll also want to change the Postback settings on the button to Always. Finally, if none of the above help, one idea ...

 the form loads properly, the error occurs when executing the qRules command   thanks, Jason

Hi- the schema should just extract now when you attach the template - if you click the ... button next to where you map fields, does the task pane with the form schema show?
