Thanks! I was able to find the tool.. But I seem to have an issue posting to the SharePoint list(s). My form consists of Repeating tables and non-repeating tables. I would like to publish all the info to one list if possible? Is there any guides that could assist me?

When publishing the forms (do NOT use Quick Publish in IP 2010 if you are having this problem), when you get to the column promotion list, open your columns and make sure the columns are using "existing column" (or something like that) instead of "create new ...
