Admin Published Form - The specified data connection is not present

I have created an InfoPath 2010 form, and using the SubmiteToSharePointList command. If i run the form in preview mode, i can submit with not problems, but after uploading the form it is giving me an error. The error is present in an error node that i have added to the form.

The process i used for publishing the form:

    Select Publish from the menu

    Select Select SharePoint Server

    Enter Server Name

Select Enable this for to be filled out by using the browser, and Administrator-approved form template

     Specify file location

     Enter Columns desired

    Click publish

From Central Admin, General Settings, Upload Form Template

Activate form under Site Collection Features

Create Document Library, and enable management of content types

Add the content type for the published form

Select form, enter information and submit

    Hi,

    What error are you getting?

Is the error coming up when the form loads or when a qRules command is executed?

    Thanks for the additional information.

Thanks for including the XML and XSN. If you can let us know when the error comes up and what the error is, it will help narrow down the investigation. Thanks.

    Thanks.

I see your form has a button that executes:

    SubmitToSharePointList /submit=Submit

Can you add the mapping parameter to see if this gives a different result?

    SubmitToSharePointList /submit=Submit /mapping=mapping

You'll also want to change the Postback settings on the button to Always.

Finally, if none of the above help, one idea would be display the QdabraRules useWebServices, extendedErrorMessages and useBrowserApi nodes on the canvas, as checkboxes. Then, before clicking the button that executes the qRules command, check these checkboxes to see if any of them produce a different Success/Result/Error.

Let us know what you find. Thanks.

Hey- one other thought - can you go to the site where the template is activated and grab a copy of your template from the Form Templates library? I'd be interested in taking a look at it.

I have attached a copy of the published form from the template library

by adding the extra nodes, here is the full error message

Can you set useWebServices to true and try again? Leave useBrowserApi set to false.

using just the useWebServices allowed the form to successfully submit

Wonderful. You can add a form rule to set this field to true either right before you submit, or on the qRules finished loading node - what it does is use the web service data connection to submit instead of using the SharePoint object model.
