Thank you for your response, ErnestoM. I've used the CAML template once before with success, but I noticed that all the examples that I found on it use single line of text fields. In this form, I'll be using multiple field types (dates, dropdown list box, etc...). Do you happen to know of a way to implement these field ...

Hi,
I hope someone could help me with this. I've been pulling my hair out since last week trying to convert and be able to view the manifest.xsf in Design mode in Visual Studio 2008.
We have a infopath 2003 project with code created from VS2005. Now we want to convert it to be modified in Visual Studio 2008 and infopath 2007. ...

Any clue about that?
Thank you in advance.
PS: Apologize for my terrible mistakes in english.

So - when you submit, you can pass in some additional XPath Navigators to get some error info back, and submit passing those in - ...

I am programming an InfoPath form which interacts with SharePoint to submit data to a list. The form controls are all written in C# and using XML and CAML to submit data to the site.
The form is working accurately about 95% of the time. The other 5% nothing gets updated to the form.
I am fairly certain the issue is ...

All,
I'd be interested to hear 'best practice' to update a Form Status field. Virtually all of my forms have a workflow attached, normally to send emails.
If a form has for example 5 stages - Initial Submission (field default value),Employee, Accounts, HR, Complete.
When is it best or how to update the ...

This might be possible to achieve with xslt tranform. qRules includes a command to achieve this, or it can be done using custom code.
If you export the data to Excel and massage it there, you can then import it into InfoPath using the Excel to XML tool.
Bottom line is: there's no easy answer here. It's going to take a bit of work to ...
