Hi - you can't add a repeating section because this is a SharePoint List form, which won't allow that. If you need a repeating section, you can recreate the form starting from the "Blank Form" template. Then you can publish to a form library and submit to a library, instead of a list.

I'm not saying you should use XML - you can just use a list and a data connection to the list. I used an XML so you'd be able to preview the form and see how it works. the actual ID of some kind. I was looking into the 365, but doesn't seem to make it work, so was thinking of creating new sharepoint list and query data from there. t is cause i have a repeating table with those info to be filled out and feel it is quite a lot of filing in. so this method, if i can figure a way for it to work, would be better.

Oh thank you for letting me know it worked - when I suggest something I haven't tried myself, I'm always curious about the outcome. Have a great day!

I think the first thing I'd do is try connecting to the list in a new blank form. Are you able to create a connection? If so, then I'd save both forms (the new, test form and the form with the issue) as source files (Publish > Export Source Files). From there, it is icky, but you can compare the manifest.xsf files and look for ...
