Hi Hilary,
I tried a few times to save as template but am having no luck. It may be something to do with the company permissions.
What I have tried is I am opening Area list in Infopath and have setup a data connection to the second list (pulling the Fields "Area" and "Status") then in Area List in Field called In ...

I am working on a form that has cascading drop down lists, but the issue is that once the form is submitted, the database shows the number ID instead of the text. I know this is because value is set as ID and the Display Name is set as Title, but that is the only way the cascading drop down lists will work since it utilizes lookup values. I read ...

Field120 is just a bog standard text field, no rules set to it or anything, ...

I recently added a new column (number format) to the data connection, and when published and trying to open to new instance of the form the data connection failed as too big (the source ...

I now see that I can create new records in quick edit. I had to delete some old 'required' fields. This may fix me up. We'll see.

Happy Spring!
I have a SharePoint List with InfoPath forms all set up but need to get many records that are in Excel spreadsheets, with columns not formatted correctly. I tried just copying and pasting the columns. It actually wasn't too bad, at least to start. I had to go down the columns where the imported data wasn't formatted ...
