    Strange schema validation error

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help me! I currently run a SharePoint with lots of infopath forms on and I’m getting a scheme validation error when I try and open one of them. It comes up with the error ‘xsi:nil attribute on element ‘my:field120’ is invalid’. Field120 is just a bog standard text field, no rules set to it or anything, it’s just a comments box. I can open every other form and I don’t get any errors. Does anyone know why this would be happening on this one form, and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

So - somehow, field120 on this one form has the xsi:nil attribute - that is usually added to fields like date or number when blank. You could download the file, then open it with a text editor, find field120 and remove the attribute, then upload it again - it will probably look like and you can just remove the entire attribute: xsi:nil='true'
