Is your "Contacts" field a dropdown too? I think setting up the value within the Control Properties will do - "Get choices from an external data source", and then add the filter to the "Entries" field.  Can you try disabling the rule you mentioned and try it by just using the Control Properties?

Hi Kazzahere, When creating cascading dropdowns, you'd need to add a filter to the sub categories dropdown with a condition: where "Category" (ShP list secondary data source) is equal to "Category" (main data source). Is that what you're doing?
