I recommend promoting the AccountId field from the person/group picker, and then select that field on your workflow instead of the DisplayName. Please give it a try, and let me know how it works out.

Yes, the SaveAs field will suffice, as long as this field does not create another file name if there is already a file name. You could set that by adding a condition rule which only generates a file name if SaveAs is blank. At the SharePoint Library submit data connection, click the fx button and insert the SaveAs field. I actually created a "Save As" field and when I click the "Submit/Send E-mail" button the "Save As" field is populated with the value in the "TTU ID" field. Will the "Save As" field suffice for a field that generates a unique ID for the form name? Is this what you had in ...

Is there a way to have a text box that when the user enters a number...say 15...then 15 rows appear in a repeating table? I have a form where some people will need to enter in 50 or so lines and I'm trying to prevent them from having to click the add button every time.

So once I use the "Name" with link and edit menu for the Filename, how do I just change
the "label" of the field. In the List settings it does not allow me to change the label of the Name field. It is greyed out. Preferably a solution without code or SP Designer. Thanks.
