Hi - are you using the same version of InfoPath and Outlook? Both 2010?
You don't need to include the Form Data since your recipient doesn't have IP. But I don't think the email will include the attached PDF files.
Are you changing views right before sending the email? That can also cause blank email.

I know this has been discussed several times on here before. But in looking through those posts, I'm still unable to solve my issue.
The problem I am having is that I need to take my current view and submit it as an email. I don't need to attach the xml as the recipient does not have InfoPath.
I currently have my Data ...

You need to add additional instances of the repeating group under Default Values - right click the repeating group to get the option to add another. I'm not gonna lie to you - adding 300 of them is going to be pretty tedious and you'll want to make sure your form's performance is still acceptable with all those blank rows.

Great thanks! Here you go.

Hi all,
I have one user out of around 1,000 that has used my infopath/sharepoint set up successfully for months now. She just returned from PTO and is now getting an error message "Infopath cannot open the following file: <fileName>. The parameter is incorrect".
We're on IP 2010 filler form with MOSS 2007. ...

I have conditional formatting set on the repeating table - select it and look at the rules to find the conditional formatting.

Yeah your file is exactly what I'm looking for! Say the max number a user would need in 300 rows...I can make this my default then when they type in say 100, I could set it up so that the other 200 are hidden? Where can I go in your file to see how you did that? I'm pretty inexperienced in InfoPath unfortunately =/

Thanks for your help! I was actually using a Repeating Section, not table was you mention. It appears that using a table resolves my issue.. what an obvious solution! :)
Again, thanks for the help.
