For the Web Service Prefix URL, you should be using just http://<servername>
Also, f you changed the folder name during installation (from qdabrawebservice to qws0407) then you'll need to change value of the Web Service Name.
Please try this and let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Can you attach a screenshot of the error message? You can do this via the Options tab. Thanks!

Thanks for the info.
There might be a hop happening somewhere; notice that the error message references the "CrossDomainAccessCheck".

Thanks for the screenshot. The other error looks unrelated but we can address that too.
I know they are blanked out for security/privacy reasons, but can you confirm that the Web Service URL Prefix and the SharePoint List URL fields are the same? (in the blanked out portions) I just want to confirm that there's no machine name / host name ...

For form libraries you have to remove the /Forms/AllItems.aspx section of the URL. For a custom list such as yours, I would assume that the URL needs to be "trimmed" as well. I would suggest:

Hi Catharine,
Could you attach a screenshot of the error (via the Options tab, when replying)?
Also, there may be errors being logged into the eventvwr; can you check? These might give us some ideas for addressing the issue.
Thanks!

Hi,
You can have a form with code and make it browser compatible. However, you cannot inject qRules into a form that already has code (and viceversa).
If you have any questions concerning qRules itself, please let us know in our qRules support forum so that we may assist you.
Thanks!

There are two choices in this situation.
1. Correct the source data in one of the two sources, so that the cases match.
2. Use the translate function to switch everything to lowercase. Something like translate(field1,'ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ','abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz')
Hope this helps!

Having said that, even on SharePoint 2007, SharePoint mapping is sensitive to server ...

Hi Tobias,
I have found out that this is a known issue in qRules, and we don't have a fix scheduled for it. You'll find this in the User Guide:When using the CopyTable in a SharePoint library or list, it will only work if the nodes match, which also means each column has to have data in it (no blank fields). The reason your fields can’t ...
