Sorry for my confusion.
So, let me clarify: you want to be able to attach a document to a form and have this saved to a library and replace it with a link in the form so that people can edit the document without having to open the form, and use the link in the form to refer to the document. Is that correct?

If you need to keep your original data and also allow for edits, you likely will need code or qRules to create copies of the data in another repeating group in the main data source - how many fields are there that the Review Team can edit?
