The controls in the view reflect the current state of the data, and allow the user to interact with it. Thanks for your response, but that is just the issue. The values of 2 of the choices are the same. So, when a user of the form were to select one of the radio buttons, the other one with the same value also shows as selected. I don't want that to happen. Has anyone experienced this before?

I was able to open the template in design mode from his computer and the preview works. However, opening it from the library is still crashing, not responding then later on the error screenshot i posted above came. :s
