Right click the radio button and check the properties. You can set them to different values.

I am currently building a scoring form using InfoPath 2007. For one question, there are 4 option (radio) buttons. Two of these buttons (with separate labels) have the same value attached.
When I test the form and select one of the radio buttons, both choices that have the same numeric value show as selected. I require only one ...

I just got the specs from the users on the form/questionaire I need to build in Infopath and host in Sharepoint. It will contain 90 questions and yes/No answers.
So it looks like 2 fields, 1 for the question text and one containing Yes/No option buttons. People from various countries will be filling out their individual form based on the ...

Hi - here's a blog post that might help: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/infopath/archive/2010/06/03/how-to-pass-querystring-data-into-an-infopath-form.aspx

Any thoughts about getting it to work in a browser?

I've not seen this happen before. I use IP 2013 if you want to attach the template to a reply (under the options tab) and I can see if I can open it. May help you figure out if it is the form or the specific Office 2013 install. Can the user open the form in design mode and try previewing it?

I uploaded a spreadsheet containing Country Names into a Sharepoint list for my Infopath form, where the user can select the country name from the drop down list box.
All went fine except I only see the first 30 countries in the list box. How do I get the rest? Thanks....very wierd.

Can you post an example form?
Check the calculation - add some dummy test fields. What you think the max field value is - is that what the form things it is?

4000 items in a SharePoint library is a lot.
I'm not sure how you or why you need to promote 424 fields to a SharePoint library, that seem very excessive. Even in a SharePoint view that would look horrific, and you'd run into issues, especially if you were using lots and lots of calculated columns.
Does the form have one or many ...
