Hi Rob, There are some bugs in the content type publish code that may be fixed. Can you verify that all cumulative updates have been applied? You also might try publishing it to a separate site.

 Thanks for the quick answer, it makes perfect sense that I'd need to put in that "is the textbox blank" validation.  I should have caught that, but sometimes the easy things slip past.

 hi when I have a date and time picker in the InfoPath form it will be populated when a user assigns the form to some assignee. the problem I face is if the user is in different time zone the assignee is populated with the users time and causing mistakes. how can I resolve it.
