Hi Hilary. Yes, the form was created through a list in SP, then it was edited into the current form through Infopath, the Comments field was added in Infopath. The Textbox is not enriched, it is a simple Textbox. The form is attached to you in a response before the GIF.

I attach this small gif, where I show you a record already saved in the minute field, but see how the data already saved changes as the dropdwon changes, which is not correct, since the minute data should not be change to be saved and read-only.

Hi Hilary. Thank you so much for your answer, I have attached an example for you to review. In this case, I don't use an Infopath SAVE button, I use the native Sharepoint SAVE button to save the item. Also uncheck the option for the "Value" box to be read-only without any good results.
