Hi Arthur, I also noticed that you have the security level set to Full Trust. I just checked the original Leave Request template, and it is set to Domain. Any reason why you have changed the security level to Full Trust? Did you publish it as a Full Trust template to both SharePoint sites? You should not need to set as Full Trust ...

Hi Jenifer, actually I haven't added any code to the form. Even in the attached screenshot you can see that "Remove Code" button is not active, because there is no code there. When I open your original "Webinar Leave Request" form, I see the same screen there.

Okay, now that I know which subsite called the form, is there a way to dynamically retrieve data from SP lists depending on which subsite called the form? I know I could create a separate data connection and just call the one I need, but this form has SEVERAL lists it is pulling from. =(
All subsites will be built from the same ...

Thank you for your inquiry. In your initial data connection to the SharePoint list you can sort based on any column. For this, you should be able to sort by the Modified Date in Decending order to retrieve the newest date. If that does not, try Ascending as well.
Thanks!

I configured the data connections to the web services and the rules per Hilary's posts, but I am running into some issues. When the CheckOutFile rules run, ...

Hi Tanetoa,
Have you tried using a Double Eval technique to concatenate recipients in a single field? If not, I would strongly recommend that approach. Kindly check the form I am attaching for your reference (download form > right click > open in design mode).
Hope this helps.

I have a form the has a secondary repeating table. When the user opens the form they are presented with a dropdown list and must select and ID#. I have a rule setup for it to then query the data associated with that ID from a SharePoint list.
Once the form is submitted it is put through a workflow and other users need to view the information ...

Hi Susan,
I am attaching a form which uses a hidden field (field 3) as basis if items in field 1 did repeated or not. A repeated value returns1, and if it did not repeat, field 3 is equal to 0. Hope this helps.
