Hi Rahul,
That seems odd. How about when you publish a different (smaller) form, add the query to your SharePoin list, does it load?

Hello,
Do all data connections point to the same server? I'm guessing that the user has no permissions to the data connections that are being pulled in the 2 dropdowns. You might want to check the user's permissions (SQL/SharePoint) and compare it with yours or others who can access it, see if there's any difference.

Hi exo,
Sorry for not seeing this sooner. First I just want to say your english is fine. =)

Hope that helps,

Hi yelanger,
You can set the default view without code. Try editing the properties of the view and check the "set as default view" check box.

Hi Rahul,
I think the permission should happen not in the workflow but in the form itself. For example, you can create a check point in your form to verify the current user role. Then, base on that role, you can show/hide or enable/disable fields. For example, if the user is not an approver - you can redirect the user to a view that shows ...

Hi Johnnie,
DBXL Client requires SQL Server to install. If that is not a viable option for you, you can go with the SharePoint workflow. I imagine that you would need to have two SharePoint mappings for your document type and two workflows - one that will fire the submit to DBXL and one that will delete the item in your initial ...

Hi Bikash,
I haven't heard from you on this and just wanted to check with you. How's it going so far? Were you able to inject qRules in your form? And I'm just curious - are you trying to inject qRules in a workflow task form?
