I have custom SharePoint task(created by SPD 2010 Workflow) and am using infopath to edit the task form. My requirement is to submit few of the fields in the task form to another sharepoint list. Can I achieve this using qRules ?? Please help, Regards Bikash

Yes, you can do that with qRules. qRules has a SubmitToSharePointList command, which allows you to submit to a list. This is the How-to document: http://www.infopathdev.com/files/folders/qrules/entry49216.aspx.

Hi Jo, When I try to inject qRules into the SharePoint task form template I get : 'xd' is an undeclared namespace. Line 1, position 2. Should I have to injecting qRules into form template before I go to Infopath to SharePoint list tool ?? If I go to Infopath to SharePoint list tool to upload my template(the one that is not injected to qRules) it does not show up in the upload dialog. However, qRule injection works with other blank infopath templete. Regards Bikash

Yes I did.

Sorry to hear about that. Do you have custom code in your form? If so, you need to follow this document: http://www.infopathdev.com/files/folders/qrules/entry56111.aspx.

Otherwise, please try this: close the Injector, navigate to C:\Program Files\Qdabra Software\Qdabra Rules Library, right click on QdabraRulesInjector and select Run As Administrator. Then try re-injecting the form.

I haven't heard from you on this and just wanted to check with you. How's it going so far? Were you able to inject qRules in your form? And I'm just curious - are you trying to inject qRules in a workflow task form?
