I have Infopath and Sharepoint 2010. I have imported data from a spreadsheet onto SharePoint and in the Excel sheet it had peoples' names on there. I created a people picker field and I was wondering why I can not just copy and paste the fields of the people into the "People picker" field? I was wondering if there is a workaround ...

Hi renatois,
Apologies for not seeing the real issue here. For cases like this, I would recommend using a calculated field and set an error message based on a field's status (i.e. Hide the error message or calculated field if Title is not blank). Could someone explain how ...

Hi Hilary, thanks for your help. The form doesn't quite do what I need. I changed the "or" to "and" on the rule conditions, and that got me closer. The first row works. I put a value in one field, the button enables. However, when I insert an item and put a value in a different field, the button doesn't enable (however ...

I built an infopath 2010 form that has both repeating and non-repeating fields. In order to get non-repeatig fields I had to create an XML file and bind the project name form control to the prject name XML. The problem I am having is when I go to the list item and try to edit there is no data in the project name text box control. My question ...
