Hi there, I have been trying to do exactly as you have done, however instead of getting Display Name (that is correctly shwon in the People Picker) I get the user's Claims Based id - eg: i:0#.w|domain\userid; Any suggestions on how to get the nice Display Name into the Text Box - eg: First Last?  I have created the same scenario on my env and it is working for me. I am not sure why it is not working for you. Did you try adding one more data connection to your form to populate the list values? If you want to share the screen shot of what exactly you see in the preview might help.

 Hi Jay, Create one more data connection exactly same as Health & Safety Reps and use that to populate the values of the drop down list(HSrep) in the form.
