I have an infopath form:

The ListBox is auto populated from a DataSource and the "Entries" in the properties window is: "/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:row"

You should create a site with a short url on SharePoint http://servername:port/ on the same port where your first site exist on the web application.

My suspicion is that it is related to a display driver. I have been working with Microsoft to see if they can identify the root cause. Thanks for posting! I keep clicking the "was this information helpful" and selecting No. :) I'll try the moving the mouse thing, although I have found that if I get the error the first time I try to open in Design if I maximize or resize the window then try again, it usually works. Sigh.

When you select the field after clicking Insert Field or Group in the formula editor dialog, and select the Count field, in the dialog that lets you pick the Count field there should be a button toward the lower left that says "filter data".
