My bad I typed the URL incorrectly HERE but did type it correctly in my SOAP call

I am new to InfoPath form application and I couldn't get the file name from the submit data connection properties because the 'Modify' button is disabled. Please help if there is any other way of getting the file name the form uses when it gets saved to SharePoint list.
