Hello MWAN001,
What versions of SharePoint and InfoPath are you using? Here's a post for O365 but it's very similar for 2013. http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/bre_huston/archive/2015/02/12/user-profile-service-in-o365.aspx

Hello everyone,
I suspect the answer is right in front of me but I am unable to see it. I want to submit one of the repeating groups on my InfoPath form to a list folder, where the folder name is dynamically pulled from data in the form.
I have the form and all connections set up and working fine, but due to some concerns about list ...

Hello, when I query the user profile service to return the MANAGER field it returns a strange value (i:0#.f|membership|user_name@domain.com). The other fields (department, email, etc) do seem to return the correct results. Any suggestions?

Hi,
I’m using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11 and InfoPath 2010.
I have an InfoPath form in Sharepoint inside an InfoPath
Form Web part. The Info Path form contains a multiple selection list box. I
would like the form to be emailed to different people depending on what is
selected from the multiple selection list box.
