Ideally when you click on the customize in InfoPath, it should launch a new InfoPath form with all the column. Could you please try the below troubleshooting steps.
1. From the list setting> Form setting remove the form.
2. Click on the customize in InfoPath from the list tab.

It seems you have tried modifying the view.xsl file. The only way to get this working is either export the InfoPath form or rename the XSN to CAB and then extract it, now you'll see a file view1.xsl. Open this file and try to figure it out what has been changed.

As per my understanding you are pulling multiple information using on the InfoPath form using the GetUserprofileByName web service. While doing preview it pulls up all the value correctly but while opening in browser it pulls the user's name only.
