Are you able to preview the form so you can see the values returned in the data source? Your image was just a picture of the form in design mode. You need to see the actual data in order to understand what you need to do to get your formatting to work.

Are you able to put the data fields from the Get User Profile data connection on your form so you can see what is returned there?

how can I see that detail. I pulled the people picker on the form and it displays display name acccount ID and accout type

I'm trying to understand if it returns anything close. Like, for example, the account ID in your people picker doesn't have the domain, and the account ID from Get User Profile does. But without specifics, I'm afraid I can't be much help.

It does not return any of the same values thats the proplem I am not sure how to get around this or how to chage that
