The setup is as such. One main list, Then a second list with a look up column for the asset items that include, Asset tag, Serial number, model number and such. Is it possible to set a "Close" button to close the InfoPath form and return to the SharePoint home page (I mean adding additional URL/Hyperlink to the button at this point)? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

FYI - doesn't repro for me in my tenant. I set up a list, added a column with change tracking, set versions to 50, customized in InfoPath and edited my field 6 times:

I guess the next thing I would test would be if another new list / new list form has the same issue. And, I suppose, if you use the built in forms instead of the InfoPath form, whether the issue reproduces - that is, I'm wondering if this is caused by some SharePoint Online change that only affects new stuff..... In my other list all updates appear, up to 11 showing. Both forms use a customised infopath form. I have checked the versioning setting in SP and its set to 50 copies. I cannot figure it out!

I have a submit button on the form and I created the workflow in infopath to trigger the email. So the workflow is done in sharepoint designer.

How is the email sent? From the form, a SharePoint workflow, Power Automate Flow, etc? :)

I have a date and time field on my InfoPath form. When i go into designer and format this field it shows date and time but I only want it to show the date.
I went into control properties and selected do not show time and it still comes across with the time showing in the email I have triggered for this form. PLEASE HELP!

That seems really odd. In your other list, all changes show? Are both lists using a customized InfoPath form?
