I'm not sure there is going to be an out of the box way to achieve this - you'd need to filter the target of the rule, which can be done by manually modifying the manifest, but it can be tricky.

Yes, I understood I wouldn't be able to preview the form. Often I can look at the rules and other settings and see what may be going wrong.
