Your options are custom code, qRules, or adding a bunch of rows by default (more than you think the query will ever return) and using rules to copy the data in. Many thanks for this. I have managed to do the time calculations, it's really the 'cost' I'm struggling with - i.e. if the room is booked for 1 1/2 hours and the charge is 12.50 per hour how can I do a calculation based on the time difference x the room cost?
