Glad it's working!
There are also limits in Active Directory that might restrict how much data will be returned. But the <httpRuntime executionTimeout=”#seconds” /> and MaxResultItems are the only things that can be controlled in the ADWS.

Thanks.
So first I tried the form in Preview, just to make sure everything's working correctly. I had an issue on Preview at first. I received the message:
InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code.
Policy settings prevent opening Internet forms with managed code. To fix this problem, contact your ...

qRules has a Print command that allows to print on button click but it is not browser compatible, unfortunately.
I guess my only thought is to make the button (to return to the previous view) as unobtrusive as possible (same color as the background, no borders). Sorry, can't think of anything else.

Thank you.

Usually something user friendly is selected, because Adobe is more user friendly than 11. But the XML node can only store one value, and it stores the Value (11). ...

Are the values going to be changing often?
I've seen scenarios where you can have one of (for example) 4 sets of options. That means the dropdown will show either:
a, b, c, d
1, 2, 3, 4
e, f, g, h
5, 6, 7, 8
What you do in that case is have four dropdowns, all bound to the same node in the schema, and conditionally hide 3 dropdowns so ...
