Hi - you can't add a repeating section because this is a SharePoint List form, which won't allow that. If you need a repeating section, you can recreate the form starting from the "Blank Form" template. Then you can publish to a form library and submit to a library, instead of a list.

I'm not saying you should use XML - you can just use a list and a data connection to the list. I used an XML so you'd be able to preview the form and see how it works. If I had used a list data connection, the form wouldn't have been able to connect to the SharePoint site when you tried it, because you do not have access to my ...

Yeah, if you have a list that has the ID and the other values you want, you could then populate the data in your form when the user picks a person - here's a made up sample that uses an XML file instead of a list, because that way you can preview it and try it. Save the file locally, right click and select design, then preview. Employee IDs in ...

Oh thank you for letting me know it worked - when I suggest something I haven't tried myself, I'm always curious about the outcome. Have a great day!

I think the first thing I'd do is try connecting to the list in a new blank form. Are you able to create a connection? If so, then I'd save both forms (the new, test form and the form with the issue) as source files (Publish > Export Source Files). From there, it is icky, but you can compare the manifest.xsf files and look for ...

When you say employee id, what do you mean? The account id, like JDoe, or is it an actual ID number of some kind? I think in Office 365 you can still get some information from the User Information list for the site, so perhaps start with that. Create a connection to the user information list, drag the fields onto the form, and see if the data you ...

Well - as to "why" - that is just something intrinsic in the design of the product, I'm afraid. As to how to work around it.... is the form bound to an Access DB and you wish to submit some of the info to a different table then the table(s) the form currently submits to? Or is the form not database bound at all? This can be done with ...

Any chance I could see a copy of the form? I've seen this before in Library forms occasionally - I'll have to look up the error to recall the circumstances.

I'm going to open a case on it, so we at least have it on our radar. Decisions on implementation of features are not mine to make, but this will at least get it on the radar. :)

Hi, Arthur - I'm sorry for the inconvenience - I've taken a look at the code and I don't think this is currently implemented in FormsViewer. One option might be to use SaveToSharePoint to save your attachments to a library and then include a link to them in your list item.... would that work for you?
