Hello,
I have an infopath form to which I want to add a link to a Word or PDF document that resides on the same network drive as the form itself. The document is basically just a glossary of terms that will help the person filling out the form. I'm thinking to add a button (labeled 'Click to Open Glossary of Terms Document'), ...

I am trying to do a basic validation in Infopath for a field that can only be a pattern of 5 or 6 numbers. I understand how to do the Data Entry Pattern validations, and 5 digits would be \d\d\d\d\d.

Upon adding a new section today, I started getting Design Checker errors saying "Invalid form template error", and when I click on that, the message ...

Hi Hilary
I can't seem to get this to work for my text fields using a button.
I have it working for choice fields as per the blog above and it works fine but not sure what I'm doing wrong
I have list A which is a master list of contacts (name, phone, email) per customer reference number,
In List B the users upload the ...

Well - you say you've removed all the data connections - but this is a list form? so it must still have its main data connection? are you querying for items on load?
