Okay I try to picture it out:
-______--_______-_______--________
[______][_______][_______][________]
-ddl a----ddl b1----ddl b2----ddl c
What I mean with juping around is the space between wheather ddl a an ddl b2 or ddl b1 and ddl c.

I have admin rights on my machine. Don't understand where it would affect anything???

OK, did you try with a new fresh simple Access 2003 DB (no password).
It looks like the error message changed: Security.SecurityException.
I bet everything is now OK, but your connection string doesn't work because you need to add info to open the GA10605 DB. User may not be Admin, pwd may have been set, etc.

Yes, I would do as Matt explained. Make sure the Namespaces are the same, it would fail for sure otherwise.

If the XSD files perform exactly the same you might be able to save your XSD file over the one created by InfoPath. However, I don't know how InfoPath would respond to this (might not like it).

Franck,
Maybe an example will help explain my question:
If I wanted to include a file called ''states.xml'' that list all the states and their postal abbreviations, I can easily add that file as a resource file and use it as a datasource, but how would I include the schema for the states.xml file...it appears Infopath automatically generates ...

I still don't understand what your saying about making the form look ''professional.'' If you do it correctly the form should look exactly the same with my solution as if you only used 1 DDL for the second list. If you select something from DDL2 while DDL1 is blank and then choose something in DDL1 the selection in DDL2 ''jumps'' from what it was ...
-
I was just thinking of having three or more ddl in a row. I'd looks not very professional if one is ''jumping'' by selecting another one. But that's only design and I'm happy of getting your solution.
-
You won't be wasting any more space... One of the two DDLs will be hidden at all times, therefore taking up the ''space'' of only one DDL. You will see both of the DDLs when you are designing your form, but if you hit ''Preview'' all is well. I'm not sure if you could do this with just one DDL, maybe, but why?

Thanks Matt,
but isn't there a possibility by doing that with only one ddl? Your solution is nice but I don't want to waste additional space...
