Hi nukkumatti,
Total transfer will be around 116kb.Because template with 100kb will get downloaded and your xml file 12- 16kb that you filled will be uploaded. Totally it will come to around 116kb.
If you have already filled the form and trying to open it then it would be around 132kb, another 16 kb for downloading your form.

Hi,
That can be made but two remarks:
not(. = ../preceding-sibling::'my.fields')
my.fields is not correct it must be my:fields!
And my:fields need to be the name of your field that you need to compare!
If it's only an error of keyboard press:
Are you sure that your primary datasource contain my: in the namespace?

Try this code (I think it is a little cleaner than a for loop):
DOMNodeList contactList = contacts.DOM.selectNodes(''//YOUR_EMAIL_GROUP'');
IMSXMLNode next; // I don't know C# good, but declare a node here (what is the data type?)
while( next = contactList.nextNode() )
{
thisXDocument.UI.Alert( next.selectSingleNode( ''my:emailNode'' ).text ...
