Hey -- don't jump. :)
It is a little challenging to set those field nodes to your text box values, because your target for your rule needs to have filter on it, i.e. Field[@Name="Recommendation etc"]
And sure, qRules would make this easier, but you can still do this. I have a blog post here that explains how to manually modify your ...

Unfortunately, you cannot submit nested repeating data to SharePoint from qRules. It is a feature we are planning on implementing in a future release, but I can't give you a timeline on that. Again, you could use a field at the same level as the repeating data you are submitting that uses a double eval formula to concatenate the values from ...

Ah, I see that now! Thanks for pointing that out. Here's a 2003 version.

So now I think you are saying that your promoted properties bound to those fields are blank? I'd expect your non-repeating field to behave properly. You may want to double check your promoted properties.

Well, generally, for something like your Supplier field -- I'd have a drop down control bound to that field. I'd use the list ID for the value in the drop down, and the Supllier name for the display. This way the Supplier field will contain the ID. That can be an issue if that field is also promoted to the library your form submits to, so ...

Well, the command uses the UpdateListItems web method of the Lists web service, so you can probably do some searching on using that with lookup columns to find additional info -- but basically, you need to submit a valid ID -- when you add a lookup field to your list, it stores the data something like this: 1;#ItemName
So, the field you are ...
I did some troubleshooting and realised this only happens when I include dropdown (or list) fields looking up data via another dat connection to a SharePoint list.
Hi, Latte: When you submit data to a column that is a lookup, you need to submit a valid ID for an item in that lookup. So your field that you are ...

Are you using qRules with custom code in your form? If so, did you follow the document here to configure it? If not -- that is, if you accidentally added custom code after injecting with qRules, you may have disabled qRules. I tried previewing your form and entering a simple command in the Command field (GenerateGuid) and had no result in the ...

Hi:
Do you have the Error node from the QdabraRules data source on your form? Any errors there?
Can you attach your form template to the Options tab in a reply and I can take a quick look at it?
