You can have the user enter data to populate the query field.
1) Drag the query parameter from the secondary datasource (secdom) into the view. Let the user enter the value directly. Then your button with rules will execute the query and it will end up using whatever value is in the query field.

If you click on the red signature it should state specifically why it was showing red (i.e. expiration only). So electronically you can still verify the sig and the ink technically didn't disappear but is just qualified.

Try incrementing the index number until yours shows up. I'm pretty sure it's the same collection of panes, but I don't remember the number they use for the custom pane.

This is odd. I also thought you could just upload via the web UI. Try publishing through the InfoPath publish wizard. The wizard will also recognize if your site runs InfoPath Forms Server.

One additional note on this thread. You CAN pass NewFromSolution an XML and InfoPath will still do the right thing! It's an undocumented feature! :)
