It seems like you've got quite a task on your hands. There might be several ways to do this, and I think you'll have to devise the way that will work best for you. Here's what I might do:
1. Export the spreadsheet to a comma-seperated file
2. Write a quick-n-dirty Java program to parse the file and generate all of the XML files ...

Hi, does anyone know how to convert an excel spreadsheet into a number of infopath forms (i.e. one per row)? Or how to convert that to xml and then xml to infopath?

I have Infopath SP2 and tried to create a submit to an SQL database.
When I navagate to the data connections and run through the wizard, selecting ''submit data''. In the next screen ''How do you want to submit your data?'' the database selection isn't present anymore.

Some more playing around and found that rules work, but I can seem to get it to fire when opening a form. If I put the rule on a button and press the button once the form is open, the rule fires just fine. If I put the rule under ''Form Options''...''Open and save'' it wont fire. If I put the rule on a text box and open the form it still doesn't ...

I think it would be weird if Citrix was causing the problem, and I also don't think the number or type of data connections has anything to do with it. When you get this error, have you tried saving any other type of file, such as a text file to the same location? I think you're right when you suspect a security issue, but I don't know what else ...

You should directly add several values in to repeating table in design mode depending on the binding of drop down values.
1. For those dropdown values if you have secondary DOM, then open the secondary xml file in notepad directly you can add those values. This is the point above Matt Faus talking about.
