Hi,  I know how to change the format of fields (e.g. to $000.00), but i have around 100 different fields and i would like to change the format of all fields at the same time. How can this be achieved please. Thanks  

An Update:I have gone into central administration and setup InfoPath Forms Services. I am not sure what settings and policies I need to set, other than in the document library I have made sure, "open in Browser" is selected. What else should i be setting. I am not wanting to make any changes after the submit process. All edits and changes are made before the submit button is pressed. Submitting should just be reposting an updated copy of the form.   thanks

Thanks for the investigation.That's right the form does get a CR_Ref_No...(which is a unique number assigned to the document. This webservice will only run when a particular cell is blank, thus if it is not blank the form has already been assigned a CR_Ref_No. Yes then the form submits to the sharepoint library and closes. After i have sumbitted a form to sharepoint the submit button seems to stop working. I am opening up the submitted form to amend it, then resubmit, but the submit button does not seem to activate anything. this is frustrating me no end....last step in my process. Thanks

Thanks for the response. I did try the "true". I looked at all the other setting and everything looked fine. Although I did get it to work when i changed the value from TRUE/FALSE to 1/2. But weirdly, when i click checkbox A, it sets all the other checkboxes with a tick, but it does not allow me to put a tick in checkbox A. Very weird, ...
