I just wanted to clarify that with you. thank you and I will go ahead and give a shot to your solution. Really appreciate it :) Posted to General (Forum) by jmed1994 on 04-21-2020 Re: using employee ID to populate additional info about the person in repeating table thank you Hilary for the prompt reply. I will go ahead and see if I can create the xml like yours. did you used a repeating table to store your information in the secondary table. Also, how would using an xml affect when the form is used online? Posted to General (Forum) by jmed1994 on 04-21-2020 Re: using employee ID to populate additional info about the person in repeating table the actual ID of some kind. I was looking into the 365, but doesn't seem to make it work, so was thinking of creating new sharepoint list and query data from there. t is cause i have a repeating table with those info to be filled out and feel it is quite a lot of filing in. so this method, if i can figure a way for it to work, would be better. Posted to General (Forum) by jmed1994 on 04-21-2020 using employee ID to populate additional info about the person in repeating table I was wondering if you can guide me on how to do something like that. I wand to be able to just type in the employee Id and for it to autopopulate the additional information like (name, title, department, phone, email etc) in a repeating table. Is it something that I can do in InfoPath 2013 using sharepoint online? It seems to be giving the same output. see attached image. Ok will wait for it. thank you so much for your feedbacks Posted to General (Forum) by jmed1994 on 10-31-2019 Re: Infopath sharepoint online hides infopath filled field yes, submitted to the email. I have not considered that to be honest and I would appreciate your help on that as I would not know where to start on that. no really a requirement. I made the design like that in case they wanted additional rows. Do you think I should just let them be able to add additional rows and the textbox just appear? Posted to General (Forum) by jmed1994 on 10-31-2019 Re: Infopath sharepoint online hides infopath filled field The drop downs are not displaying as expected. They just don’t even show when it is submitted. Posted to General (Forum) by jmed1994 on 10-30-2019 Page 1 of 2 (18 items) 1 2 Next > Copyright © 2003-2019 Qdabra Software.
