Way to have submittable form send back to sender

Creating a form to send to leadership. Looking in the email submit spots, how to get it to CC back to the sender.

I would add a field to the main data source (doesn't have to show on the form) for the current user's email address and use that for the CC value. Are you using Office 365 SharePoint online? Or are you using an on-prem SharePoint install? The way to get the current user's email address may depend on your environment. Are you using the form in the browser? Or in the InfoPath Filler application?

I would put a calculated value on the form with the function userName() as the value. Publish, take a look in the browser at the returned value of userName(). In Office 365 SharePoint, the user's email is often part of the userName() and we can use the substring function to get that back. In on-prem, sometimes it is the domain\username, and sometimes it has a claims prefix. But you can probably get the email address either from the User List or from the user profile web service (if you are not using SharePoint online).
