Folks, We have one Information Form which can be used by different departmet. We have folders of all departments. If user selects "HR" in form then it should go to "HR" folder of Doc Library. Any guess how can I achieve this functionality? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sure, you'll need a submit data connection for each folder you can potentially submit to.  Once you've created all of these DCs, you can use rules to check what department the info form is for and submit to using the proper connection.  You'll also need to have a submit button as this is the best way to run rules on submit instead of using the ribbon submit.

Well the link for the submit connection will be to the form library for that particular department. So the link could look something like http://servername/sitename/departmentname. In your example, it looks like it would just be http://par-dev-share1/sites/techsvcs/ims/Lists/Application%20Information/.  But this link is to a list and I thought you were submiting to a doc library? Either way, the link should look similar.
