How to read a repeating table in a .net workflow

I have an Infopath 2007 form that gets submitted to a MOSS 2007 doc lib and is then supposed to get routed for approvals.  These approvals are mostly dynamic, meaning the requestor of the form can select who to send the approval notification to.  I am doing this in the form by integrating our Active Directory users into a dropdown list where the requestor can select any number of people from the list and add them individually to a repeating table. That all works wonderfully.

Here's an example of the repeating table:

    Smith, John
    Approved    Denied
    Smith, John 2010-02-12 9:24 AM
    Smith, Jane
    Approved    Denied
    Smith, Jane 2010-02-12 9:24 AM
    Smith, Granny
    Approved    Denied
    Smith, Granny 2010-02-12 9:24 AM
    Jones, Oopsie
    Approved    Denied

This table will always have 2 static approvers and may have 0 to unlimited (theoretically) dynamic approvers selected by the requester.  There is also tracking and verification occuring within the table to make sure that only the identified approver can actually approve/deny this request.

My problem is, how do I read this repeating table into the workflow in order to send out the notifications and/or assign tasks (I'm keeping track of the email addresses in a hidden field within the table)?  I also need to send the requester a notification for each approvers actions and when the entire request has been approved or denied.  Because it's a repeating table, I can't promote these values to the doclib and I can't find any decent example of how to read the repeating table in a .net workflow.  I know how to do it in the code behind for the form, but the workflow accesses the form differently and I've never done this sort of thing before.

    Thanks - Al
