I have the Visual Studio Tool for Applications.... A colleague has sent me some code to include in my Infopath 2007 form. He has written it using the 2003 compatible version of VB. I am using straight VB - I cannot get it to work in straight VB.
If I select VB (Infopath 2003 compatible) when creating code I get the following :-
Imports Microsoft.Office.Interop.InfoPath.SemiTrust
Microsoft.Office.Interop.InfoPath.SemiTrustIf I select VB I get.
Imports Microsoft.Office.InfoPath
Microsoft.Office.InfoPathLooking at the Object Browser they have significantly different items in them. - The semiTrust one has more 'stuff' in it. Particularly about Xdocument - which my colleague has used in his code - (looking on the Infopath 2007 Developer reference this seems to be one of the key objects to use).
Do I get everything I need in Imports Microsoft.Office.InfoPath - and I am just not recognising it - or should I add the SemiTrust as another import - (or should I just go and get another job cos I don't understand anything )!
