Yes, the Hiboux 3 is the one you asked to me create so it shows ID and also provinces

Ok. This is good. How do I know, looking at the Hiboux 3 data connection, which one is available? All I see in the data connection are the fields displayed in this screenshot - I'm using Province & the repeating Value node to determine who to show. Where does availability come in?

Availability would be the "Disponibilité" Field and then "value" would be it's value, which is, if i'm not mistaken, the different provinces like Québec, Ontario, Ab, B-C...etc Maybe it's my data connection that is wrong. Although I'm pretty sure its right, maybe there's a step I forgot somewhere. It's just curious why its showing digits instead of the real value, which is the different provinces

Drag the data fields from the data connection onto your form so you can see the returned data.

I'm not sure I understand, this is to see if my data connection is right?

Also i'm trying to drag it from the  "data" tab Under "Data connection" and it's not letting me drag anything. Sorry for the confusion.

I just want to see what the data looks like - I went ahead and drug the repeating group onto the form in this copy. Save locally, right click and select Design, then preview - maybe you could take a screenshot showing some of the returned data?

Great! It works i'v added a screenshot of what it looks like, and it's showing digits indeed, and not actually provinces as it should, this is odd.

Well, I'm guessing Province is a lookup column? But I see there are no values in the "Disponibilité" Field - which is where you'd said in an earlier post the availability would be listed? Perhaps you could post a screenshot of the list for this data connection - from SharePoint? Sorry I'm having so much trouble helping you with this - I simply haven't been able to guess the data relationships.

Hey Ms. Stoupa, don't be sorry you're really great for trying to help me out! You're already helped me alot and I understand it's confusing as I barely know InfoPath myself, and also every screenshot I send you is in french haha!

I believe i have attached a screenshot of the other list where I'm fetching the information from (for this list i'm trying to fix)

the "A" would be the adjusters (hiboux) and "B" would be the provinces which they are from

This is what I wanted to see. Okay, so I think in an earlier post, you mentioned that the filter was correct in the dropdown for Province, but not for Availability. In your screenshot, I don't see anything in the "Disponibilité" column - but in an earlier post, you'd said that was where the data was for filtering on Availability.... :) Did I misunderstand the current state of affairs?

Hahah in fact you didnt misunderstand at all! I clicked on "disponibilité" which is the availability, and it shows now the values, I believe the other names on the screenwshot werent available for today that's why we couldnt see anything :)

     Another exemple

OH! So the availability in the list is updated every day, with the users having the province(s) they are available for entered into that field? Maybe try this one. I changed the filter on the dropdown.

What's weird is that it's showing one of the adjusters, for QC (seen in the screenshot) but he's not even available today (Under "disponiblité) When i pick Québec Under provinces on the list, it should show the three persons on the post above (Jean-Pierre Lapres, Pascale Leclerc, Martine Brisson)
