I see - so the issue is just in body of the email. And there is a section that is supposed to be showing that is not? Usually when a control's conditional formatting isn't working as anticipated it is because the value(s) of the field(s) involved is not what we think - but sometimes form views look awful in email, so that can also be an issue. Since it is a browser form, you can create another view of the form to switch to prior to sending the email - a simplified view that looks good in an email message is nice, with calculated values instead of controls, because that will display more consistently. Maybe start with just a view with your section and conditions, and see if having it in a different view with simpler formatting helps. I'm also happy to take a look at the form if you want to attach it to a reply under the options tab.
