Disable submit button unless at least one choice made on repeating table

    Hi

I’ve created a section where a Repeating Table is added. One of the controls is a dropdown and the user needs to make a selection on at least one row.
The section contains the main data source, and also a submission button.

I want the submit button disabled unless at least one of the rows dropdown has been selected.

I think part of the solution is to use ‘occurrences’ however when I select the submit button and go to rules none of the fields of the repeating table (main datasource) can be accessed.

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks

Can you attach a screenshot under the options tab in a reply showing the problem? Your idea is correct - you'd use Disable if All Occurrences of WhateverField are blank - but there isn't a reason I can think of that you can't access (?) the fields of the repeating table.

     Hi Hilary,

I was looking at the section and not the Main Data Source :(

Found remaining answer in a previous article. http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/26903/93682.aspx

    Thanks
