This has been fine until now as the users receiving the email are technical and have been trained on what to click to view the original form etc. However, there is now a requirement for this email to be sent to non IT staff and the management would like the Form to be sent as a PDF attachment in the email rather than looking as unfriendly as the above. Is this possible without paying for a third party application? (Although I may be able to convince management to buy one if it's well priced and doesn't require a subscription) I've searched through the forums and found a number of articles about converting to PDF for printing purposes but I haven't been able to find anything with exactly what I'm after. I'm very green with InfoPath and SharePoint. I'm hoping someone may be able to guide me in the right direction on what I would need to do if it's possible. Thank you.

    Good afternoon Someuser.

I generally come out to this forums periodically to help folks who have no replies to their posts (paying it forward). I may need additional information, but I was wondering why you cannot email the InfoPath form itself. This way everyone can get the nice form view, and can click on buttons to update information, print, do approvals, etc.

    I found the following:
