I have a requirement like user will submit infopath form, in the form it contains a field called "Assign To" . SharePoint designer workflow has to trigger, send mail and assign task to the "Assign To" (Approver) field present in Infopath form. It should contain multiple attchments along with the form. Assign To is a people picker field they can choose any user present in the SharePoint site. Multiple approvers also possible as of now only one approver. Approver will open the InfoPath form and see if it requires he will change the contents present in the form and Approve it. Before approving he will have to see a field called "Sharewith" here multiple users can be selected. Once he select Approve button then, in the form there should be a place for signature image of the "Approver" will be embedded(images will be stored in the image library with corresponding names may be 20 Approvers name and their corresponding signature image will be there) and will convert the infopath form to a pdf and send mail to those who are in Sharewith along with pdf format of the form. I am having SharePoint 2013, Infopath 2013 and Designer 2013. Once approved no should be able to edit the form or content in the form.
Each form should have some sequence number based on some format, for example : "SSN-01-CreatedDate". it should present in the corner of the form and also form name should be like this as it saved in the document library or form library.
