Hi, i'm not great with html either but I believe you would want:

<a href="ms-infopath:nft|u|https://<sharepointsite>/<subsite>/<library>/<folder>/<form template>.xsn|s|https://<sharepoint site>/<subsite>/<form library>/">Text Label</a>

Replace everything in bold.
