Hi All,

I am kamlesh, software developer in microsoft technologies and very new to infopath, any one please let me know how to publish infopath form to list of email recipient's if secondary datasource is sharepoint custom list.

please provide me the input for the same.

Hi,
When forms do have data connections or linked images, you will be required to publish the form to a shared location, either a Windows SharePoint Services Form library or a shared network location. Once published, an option will appear to mail the form on the conclusion screen of the wizard, select the check box to send it to the mail reciepents.

Can you be little bit more specific regarding the statement ‘datasource is sharepoint custom list.#%92 .Do you have your email recipients list in the sharepoint which is connected as a secondary data connection or anything else.

Leaving this issue,

First publish your form to the desired location, then you can finds an option ‘send form as Attachment#%92 in the file menu. Selecting that opens an MSOutLook for which xsn is attached, so that you can send it to your recipients.
